Direction before combination
Placing several businesses in the same presentation does not automatically create platform value. The relationship needs an explanation: why the activities belong together, where they complement one another and how each retains specialist judgement.
Resources need a specific use
Technology development, content production, compute services and infrastructure projects use resources differently. Connecting a use with the work it supports is more useful to discuss than a broad growth objective.
Retain company boundaries
Mercury and SaturnGlitter represent different areas within the Group. Clear company identities help customers understand whom they are working with and make the Group's connecting role easier to see.
Use the record to establish continuity
Investor materials provide the formal record while business pages explain the proposed group direction. The two connect but do not replace each other. A long-term view requires clear records as well as a broad ambition.
