KNOWLEDGE | A path from request to review

Connect request, preparation, references and human review around an internal knowledge task.

01EXPLORE BGX

Return a question to its workflow

KNOWLEDGE focuses on everyday information work: preparing a meeting, organising research, comparing records and handing an initial conclusion to a colleague. An answer is only one part of a process that also includes context and intended use.

The concept returns to the same working desk. Its quiet setting leaves attention on information relationships instead of portraying enterprise intelligence as an all-knowing holographic interface.

02EXPLORE BGX

Establish inputs before producing an output

The journey starts with the purpose, available records and intended recipient. Missing information is identified first, and a changing scope prompts a new agreement about the work.

The output need not be a long document. It may be a meeting outline, a few supported comparisons or a list of open points. Its form depends on what the next person needs to do.

03EXPLORE BGX

Make review part of the process

KNOWLEDGE connects a draft, its supporting records and human confirmation. The review concerns applicability, support for conclusions and readiness for the next task—not fluency alone.

The handover preserves context and open points so that the recipient does not have to reconstruct a colleague’s judgement. The process becomes more complete than a single generation step.

04EXPLORE BGX

Build a method through a defined task

The concept connects definition, preparation, production and review around a specific knowledge-work setting. Different roles can use the same journey to identify needs and problems.

A suitable starting point is a recurring, reviewable task with a clear scope. The method can develop through use before expanding into a more complex process.
