ARCHIVE | An answer with a path to its source

A concept knowledge environment for policies and research, connecting retrieval, references, versions and review.

THE BRIEF / CONCEPT WORK

BGX in-house concept

SATURN

Design a readable question-and-reference experience for an internal policy collection. The focus is the applicable information and its source, not the chat format.

ARCHIVE | Knowledge demonstration

What must an analyst do before using internal research material?

Submit the task purpose and requested information scope. The project owner confirms the purpose, then the information owner grants access within the approved scope. External collaborators are outside the permitted scope for sensitive records.

[01] Research Material Access Guide
SAMPLE DOCUMENT · VERSION 0.1
An analyst requesting internal research must submit the task purpose and required information scope. After the project owner confirms the purpose, the information owner grants access within the approved scope.
[02] Collaboration Roles and Information Scope
SAMPLE DOCUMENT · VERSION 0.1
Public material may support external collaboration. Internal research and sensitive records are managed separately. External collaborators are outside the scope for sensitive records. A change of scope requires a new confirmation.

01EXPLORE BGX

From finding files to understanding evidence

ARCHIVE explores an enterprise knowledge setting in which teams hold different versions of policies, processes and research. They need useful answers and a clear view of where those answers come from. The concept focuses on making the relationship between records and conclusions visible.

A simple access-approval question provides the starting point. Separate sources describe process and responsibility; the answer brings the relevant information together while preserving a route back to the original text.

02EXPLORE BGX

Give every answer a structure that can be checked

Each answer is organised into a conclusion, supporting evidence and a next step. Evidence includes a directly relevant excerpt, not just a document title. A reader can begin with the summary and move into the material supporting it.

When several documents contribute, their differences remain visible rather than disappearing into an unattributed statement. This also helps a reviewer identify the parts that need updating.

03EXPLORE BGX

Treat insufficient evidence as a normal outcome

Not every question can be answered from the available records. ARCHIVE presents three outcomes: supported, insufficient evidence and outside the current scope. Each points to a different next action—inspect a source, supply information or contact the appropriate role.

These outcomes turn a missing answer into work that can continue. Users understand what is needed next, and maintainers can see where the knowledge base needs attention.

04EXPLORE BGX

A trusted boundary is also a user experience

The concept connects controlled records, source inspection and human review in one journey. Archive imagery establishes a sense of order; the information structure explains how data enters a task and how results should be understood.

ARCHIVE is a scenario study for enterprise AI, not a deployed-product claim. Its starting point is a task, evidence and responsibility structure that can be developed further.
