Four creative questions shape the collection
The Mercury concept collection examines four related creative questions: how to introduce a product, how to make material expressive, how to give an abstract brand proposition a visual form and how to carry a story across languages. These questions belong to creative communication. They give the work a clear scope and help a visitor understand why a particular image exists. The collection is organised around briefs and visual decisions, with each project opening into its own narrative.
ORBIT gives precision a visible scale
ORBIT starts with a titanium wearable ring. The circular silhouette gives the product a recognisable form; a close material view reveals the finish; a hand-scale composition explains proportion. Each image has a different job within the sequence. This makes the product story more complete than a single hero image, while leaving room for a concise message and a deliberate reveal. The brief concerns visual positioning rather than a claim about the ring’s technical capabilities.

PRISM and MARKET test different kinds of consistency
PRISM uses light and layered material to express clarity emerging from complexity. MARKET examines how a shared proposition can be composed naturally in Chinese and English. One project concentrates on a visual metaphor, the other on the relationship between language and format. Both need stable creative principles: material, lighting, space and the role of the image. Those principles allow variety across the collection while preserving a considered standard of visual production.
Let the delivery explain how the work can be used
Each concept brings together a brief, a visual sequence and guidance for wide and portrait applications. Review can consider the clarity of the message, the relationship between frames and whether a team can reuse the assets coherently. These are original internal concepts, with no external client commission implied. Their purpose is to show a creative process from proposition to usable imagery and to provide a concrete starting point for discussing future content needs with Mercury.
